My love of fitness started when I was 19. I used to be over 220 pounds with next to ZERO muscle. At 5’10 I was a pretty chonky boy. I got real tired of feeling like crap all the time and people not noticing me everywhere I went. I decided one day that enough was enough. I started with a simple jog everyday and began religiously reading fitness and self improvement regime's. I modified my diet and started weight training with some 20 pound dumbells. It was ON from that point. I started seeing results and lost over 50 pounds within a year. I decided that I wanted to share how amazing this feels with other people. I started doing all I could to get my friends to start the gym with me and giving advice to help improve themselves. Once they saw the improvement I did.. I KNEW I was meant to help people. I also do much more than fitness advice. I give life advice, relationship advice, dating tips, and basically anything that can help you improve who you are as a person.

Before I starting training with Zack I was 145 pounds soaking wet.. A strong wind could blow me away. Well, after close to a year training with Zack, Things changed for the better. I gained around 10 pounds with no fat,I had a more active life with the ladies, and I just feel like i’m over all, a better me. You wont be disappointed with his advice and tips. He really can motivate someone.
